Responsibilities
Monitorare il Servizio e i Livelli di Servizio
Assicurare il corretto livello di escalation al Cliente ai fini del rispetto dei parametri qualitativi definiti
Controllare e supportare le attività delle strutture operative coinvolte nell’erogazione dei servizi
Suggerire al Cliente interventi migliorativi per lo svolgimento del servizio e nuovi servizi / soluzioni offerte da WIIT
Rilevare le problematiche generali di tipo qualitativo e funzionale evidenziate dal Cliente e adoperarsi per la loro risoluzione
Assicurare la continua corrispondenza tra i parametri qualitativi del servizio definiti
Tenere aggiornato costantemente il Responsabile Tecnico della fornitura sull’andamento del Servizio
Requirements
Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo, gestendo servizi erogati in ambiti complessi
Capacità di relazione con il Cliente
Capacità di pianificazione
Capacità di problem solving
Capacità di gestione dell’aspettativa del Cliente
Capacità di gestione della priorità
Conoscenze tecniche in ambito di gestione Client/Server
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2)
Certificazioni: PRINCE, PMP, ITIL Foundation V3 o V4 (opzionali)
