Responsibilities

  • This role requires extensive UK travel
  • Support Wifinity’s commercial aims by organizing marketing and engagement events
  • Promote Wifinity’s services and drive user uptake
  • Be the primary interface with end-users on-site at launch events, expos, and tradeshows
  • Maintain a strategic forward look of events and support new site launches
  • Draft/update visit schedules and marketing material requirements
  • Liaise with management and customer staff involved in events
  • Gather insights and feedback from customers and end-users
  • Participate in further responsibilities as needed

Requirements

  • Good customer service skills
  • Demonstrable desire to learn and start a career in the communications and engagement field
  • Confident communication and accurate drafting and writing ability
  • Strong people skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritise flexibly and use own initiative to deliver to tight deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to work to frequent and tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work
  • Some previous experience of working in a marketing-related or event management role
