About the role

  • Sales Representative in the driving technology sector managing inquiries and orders for WHM's Garbsen location. Responsibilities include customer communication and order management.

Responsibilities

  • Processing, tracking and analysis of inquiries and quotes
  • Independent order processing
  • Ensuring timely delivery in close coordination with production planning/production and logistics
  • Price negotiations with suppliers
  • Product consultation and telephone communication with customers and prospects in German and English
  • Providing coverage for colleagues during vacation and sick leave
  • Recording customer data in the CRM/ERP system
  • Responsible for master data maintenance for a product area
  • Contact with suppliers, freight forwarders and customs authorities

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Experience in selling technically complex products desirable
  • Ideally experience supporting international customers
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems
  • Business-fluent English skills
  • Strong customer and service orientation combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Team-oriented and reliable working style
