Responsibilities
Processing, tracking and analysis of inquiries and quotes
Independent order processing
Ensuring timely delivery in close coordination with production planning/production and logistics
Price negotiations with suppliers
Product consultation and telephone communication with customers and prospects in German and English
Providing coverage for colleagues during vacation and sick leave
Recording customer data in the CRM/ERP system
Responsible for master data maintenance for a product area
Contact with suppliers, freight forwarders and customs authorities
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training
Experience in selling technically complex products desirable
Ideally experience supporting international customers
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working with ERP and CRM systems
Business-fluent English skills
Strong customer and service orientation combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills
