About the role

  • Sales Development Representative driving active client prospecting for Conexão Talento solutions. Engaging new clients and contributing to the commercial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct active hunting for opportunities across different channels (LinkedIn, email, phone, and others);
  • Prospect companies and identify fit with Conexão Talento and Gupy solutions;
  • Make the first contact with potential clients, conducting initial consultative approaches;
  • Qualify leads and understand pain points, needs, and buying stage;
  • Schedule meetings for the commercial team;
  • Contribute to building and improving outreach scripts and sales pitch;
  • Overcome initial objections and generate interest in the solutions;
  • Log and track opportunities in the CRM;
  • Support the development of lead generation strategies and commercial intelligence;
  • Monitor KPIs and the progress of the sales funnel.

Requirements

  • Experience in active prospecting, sales, or commercial/customer-facing roles;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented profile;
  • Organized and disciplined in managing commercial activities;
  • Interest in consultative selling and customer relationship-building;
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new tools.
  • Plus points: Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, or in similar commercial roles;
  • Familiarity with CRM tools;
  • Experience with B2B sales;
  • Interest in HR technology and solutions (such as Gupy);
  • Experience with social selling (LinkedIn).
