About the role
- Supplier Relationship Management Specialist in the Aviation Supply team at World Kinect. Managing supplier communication and ensuring timely processing of financial data.
Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day supplier relationships and deliver excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Act as the link between suppliers and the Aviation Supply team to support accurate and timely fueling information.
- Resolve Accounts Payable queries in collaboration with the Costa Rica AP team.
- Review E‑status items and ensure invoices are processed and paid within agreed terms.
- Support Credit Control with information and resolution of account queries.
- Work with the Tax team to address internal and external tax‑related issues.
- Follow up on reconciliation matters and ensure all required actions are completed.
- Maintain clean supplier accounts and contribute to efficient cash flow and billing accuracy.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Proven experience delivering high levels of customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to input data quickly and accurately with a high level of attention to detail.
- Oracle experience (preferred, not essential).
- Experience in a similar SRM, AP, or financial operations role (1+ years preferred).
- Russian language skills (preferred, not essential).
