About the role

  • Bank Manager responsible for the development and leadership of Feilding and Dannevirke branches. Nurturing relationships and leading Banking Specialists to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the development, leadership, and performance of Feilding and Dannevirke branches
  • Responsible for forging and nurturing key relationships both internally and externally
  • Inspiring and leading a diverse team of Banking Specialists and Customer Service Representatives
  • Contributing to the Westpac brand and ensuring ongoing business and customer success

Requirements

  • Proven recent experience as a successful leader
  • Highly developed interpersonal, networking and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in leading change
  • Commitment to and demonstrated coaching ability
  • A solid understanding of the local area (desired)
  • A business tertiary qualification (preferred)
