About the role
- Integration Manager supporting the technical onboarding of new veterinary practices in the DACH region. Collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient integration of veterinary clinics.
Responsibilities
- In this versatile role you act as the link between technology, veterinary practices, and processes.
- You ensure that new practices are integrated efficiently, in a structured way, and successfully.
- Implement and optimize the service catalog
- Roll out the standardized Evidensia service catalog at new practices
- Train practice teams and share best practices
- Successfully integrate inventory management
- Set up and introduce a standardized inventory management solution
- Support supplier integrations as well as item and pricing structures
- Support practice launches including initial optimization measures
- Implement the Vetera practice management software
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the rollout of the Vetera practice software
- Train and support teams during setup and go-live
- Coordinate all relevant interfaces between internal and external partners
Requirements
- Experience with inventory management systems, GOT (German veterinary fee schedule), and veterinary practice software (e.g., Vetera or similar)
- Practice management know-how and a solid understanding of workflows in veterinary clinics
- Strong organizational skills and composure during change processes
- Willingness to travel within Germany (approx. 25–30%, planned)
- Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to convey knowledge clearly
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Positive demeanor, assertiveness, and resilience under pressure
