Performance Center Manager overseeing resilience training at Army installations. Providing expertise in positive psychology and program management for military personnel and their families.
Responsibilities
Serve as the local installation Point of Contact (POC) for the R2PC matters and lead, manage and direct contractor staff assigned to their respective R2PC.
Coordinate with the GTM and local installation leadership to plan, prepare and execute training and education.
Participate in the local Community Ready and Resilient Council (CR2C), unit operation and training meetings, and community-based events to integrate capabilities provided by the R2PC.
Primary POC for Master Resilience Trainer (MRT) Level 1 training and ensure quality control of all PE's.
Conduct rehearsals for training presentations and provides required reports.
Develop the annual training schedule at their respective installation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Prior experience serving in the military, or as a DOD civilian employee, or as a military dependent.
Graduate of MRT level one (MRT training may be completed after start of employment).
Minimum of five years’ relevant experience managing, overseeing, and completing the same or similar work, such as training facilitation.
Knowledge of support and sustainment-related operations.
Ability to represent the program to senior level leadership at the installation level including General Officers and Garrison Commanders.
National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Tier 1 background investigation.
Ability to operate general office equipment including computers and related media devices.
Ability to communicate and interact with others for business.
Ability to work under time pressure with good English language command.
