About the role
- Project Engineer managing complex engineering projects for Westinghouse's Global Instrumentation and Controls Production team. Leading project initiatives, resource planning, and status reporting to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the quoting of all new projects for the Global Instrumentation and Controls Production Facility
- Develop tools to effectively report performance to plan, including both schedule adherence and budget.
- Build processes and systems to facilitate complex production capacity decisions
- Provide status reports to executive leadership.
- Serve as the technical interface for project related requests between Production and the internal Westinghouse Project teams.
- Utilize processes and systems developed to expand manufacturing processes to globally.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- Qualified applicants will have 10+ years of professional experience in engineering/technology-based industries.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an engineering design or manufacturing role.
- 10+ years of professional experience in engineering/technology based industries
- 5+ years of experience project management experience of complex technically oriented projects with programmatic, budgetary, and resource direction responsibilities
