About the role
- SAP SD/MM Solution Architect focusing on German SAP solutions at Westernacher; lead architecture and implementation of SAP SD/MM configurations in Bulgaria.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP SD/MM solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient SAP SD/MM configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders
- Conduct system assessments and recommend improvements or optimizations
- Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams
Requirements
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
- 8+ years of proven experience as an SAP SD/MM Architect or Senior Consultant
- Strong understanding of SAP SD/MM processes, including procurement, inventory management, invoice verification, order-to-cash, and others;
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable
- Integration experience with SAP PP, WM, and FI modules
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lead workshops and engage with senior stakeholders, along with a willingness to travel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German (other languages - especially Spanish, French, and Italian - are an advantage)
