Responsibilities
Drive regional growth by identifying new opportunities, tracking market trends, and building a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Use a consultative approach to win complex, high-value deals and achieve revenue targets
Develop strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and expand local partner networks in key markets
Represent the company at events and meetings, actively expanding visibility and identifying new business opportunities
Requirements
Strong experience in enterprise software sales and business development, ideally in telecom, critical communications, public safety, or government sectors
Good understanding of AI-driven enterprise solutions, public procurement, and long sales cycles
Strong hunter mindset with proven ability to open new doors, build relationships, and close complex deals at all organizational levels
Skilled in consultative and strategic selling, negotiations, and full sales cycle ownership, including RFP processes
Commercially driven and self-starting professional who uses modern tools and AI in sales work
Highly organized with strong networking and stakeholder management skills, able to work independently in complex environments
Willing to travel and work in an international environment
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
