About the role

  • Marketing Manager at CAMPS International developing and executing marketing strategies for education and travel programs. Focus on both digital and offline marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implementation and monitoring of the annual marketing plan (online and offline)
  • Planning, optimization and monitoring of Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and webinars
  • Management and coordination with external agencies
  • Preparation of regular reports on campaign performance
  • Contributing to the creation of strategic content (blog posts, videos, testimonials, newsletters)

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in digital and offline marketing (minimum 3 years recommended)
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, data analysis, and automation tools
  • Knowledge of SEO, basic design, or content management
  • Ability to work independently, creatively, and with a results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong English language skills (B2–C1)
