Onboarding & Enablement Manager ensuring successful client implementation of intelligent camera systems. Collaborating across teams and enhancing customer relationships in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
You manage the rollout of our system end-to-end — by email, call, or live demo — and ensure smooth integration at our customers' parking sites.
You turn customers into true product experts and show them how to unlock the full potential of our solution.
Through proactive check-ins and genuine interest, you build long-term, trust-based partnerships.
You work closely with Commercial, Product and Engineering teams, and bring customer feedback directly to where it will have impact.
You iterate on processes, identify automation opportunities, and help us make the customer journey efficient and scalable.
Requirements
Approximately 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success or customer service in a B2B environment, ideally at a software or technology company with hardware components.
Customer-first mindset: You communicate clearly, persuasively and solution-oriented, and feel comfortable providing strategic advice to customers.
Technical skills: Experience with tools such as G-Suite, Airtable and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage.
Languages: German at least C1 level and business‑fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
