Responsibilities

Requirements
Minst 3 års erfarenhet av service delivery, service management eller liknande roller.
Förståelse för industriella IT-system.
Erfarenhet av incident-, problem- och change management-processer.
Förmåga att koordinera flera intressenter och tvärfunktionella team.
Erfarenhet av att arbeta med KPI:er, SLA:er och uppföljning.
Grundläggande förståelse för IT-infrastruktur, inklusive servrar.
