Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing automation strategy, roadmap, and execution
  • Drive digital sales growth from automated offers across daily banking products
  • Act as the main subject matter expert
  • Lead a team: manage, coach, and grow specialists
  • Collaborate closely with development, marketing, product, analytics, digital growth teams
  • Test, learn and iterate by running structured experiments
  • Lead strategic initiatives within your area of responsibility

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing automation, CRM or performance marketing
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholders
  • Leadership potential in building teams
  • Strong digital background with understanding of data and tools
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Marketing automation platforms: Pega Marketing, Unica
  • Customer journey management: engagement and lifecycle management
  • Reporting & analysis tools: Qlik Sense and BO reports, MS Office skills
  • Collaboration tools: Sharepoint, Jira, Confluence/Wiki
