Responsibilities
Manage MCO/MCS (operational and security maintenance) of PLM environments

Oversee platform performance and capacity
Coordinate technical teams (DBA, 3DEXPERIENCE Administrator, DevSecOps, Architect)
Serve as the interface between RUN / BUILD / DESIGN teams, the managed service provider and the software vendor
Produce operations runbooks and RUN documentation
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) – minimum 6 to 10 years’ experience
Expertise in IT infrastructure service management
Strong background in OS / Middleware / Application architecture
