About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage MCO/MCS (operational and security maintenance) of PLM environments
- Handle incidents, changes and crisis situations
- Oversee platform performance and capacity
- Coordinate technical teams (DBA, 3DEXPERIENCE Administrator, DevSecOps, Architect)
- Serve as the interface between RUN / BUILD / DESIGN teams, the managed service provider and the software vendor
- Produce operations runbooks and RUN documentation
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) – minimum 6 to 10 years’ experience
- Expertise in IT infrastructure service management
- Strong background in OS / Middleware / Application architecture
- Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE PLM is a plus
