About the role

  • Account Executive leading expansion and sales efforts for Wemolo in Switzerland. Engaging with B2B clients and developing sustainable growth strategies in the digital parking management sector.

Responsibilities

  • Expansion: You will support the expansion of our brand into Switzerland and ensure Wemolo is deployed for digital parking management in every city
  • Customer acquisition: You are responsible for presenting Wemolo to new customers in Switzerland, with the goal of winning these and future key accounts and generating sustainable revenue growth
  • Pipeline building: You develop high-quality sales pipelines by effectively qualifying and prioritizing leads for the respective segments
  • Pipeline management: Using CRM tools and data-driven analysis, you keep your sales pipeline and KPIs under control
  • Goal-oriented: You pursue your targets continuously on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and report them to the Country Manager
  • Teamwork: You work closely with colleagues from product development, Sales Development and Operations to continuously improve Wemolo

Requirements

  • Background: You have completed vocational training or a degree and have relevant professional experience, ideally with sales experience
  • Sales experience: You have approximately 2–4 years of B2B sales experience and can demonstrate a clear track record of regularly exceeding your targets. You have a hunter mentality and successfully close negotiations
  • Working style: You work in a goal-oriented, independent and structured manner
  • Languages: You speak (Swiss) German and French fluently (C1) and have good English skills
  • Driver’s license: You hold a valid Class B driving license
  • Travel availability: You are highly willing to travel (approx. 1–2 days per week) within Switzerland to optimally develop and expand your accounts and you will travel regularly to the Munich office for meetings
