About the role

- Assist in the investigation and resolution of faults
- Take on tasks in network operations as required
- Participate in on-call duty
Requirements
- Completed technician qualification in electrical engineering
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Knowledge of NIS switching authorization
- Conceptual skills and customer-oriented approach
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Confident and persuasive manner
- Valid driver's license (car)
