About the role

  • Community Activation Lead managing and growing Supermom community across Singapore and Malaysia. Focusing on engagement strategies and community partnerships to enhance parenting experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Help manage, grow, and scale the Supermom community ecosystem across Singapore and Malaysia
  • Define and execute engagement strategies across life-stage segments (pregnancy, newborn, toddlers, preschoolers, primary years)
  • Develop monthly/quarterly engagement seeding plans aligned with cross-community campaigns, activations, and business outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for community-led insights, UGC, and peer-support formats
  • Establish and standardize engagement protocols for partnerships across SG and MY
  • Lead internal staff to execute engagement and seeding strategies across WhatsApp & Telegram
  • Drive healthy weekly conversation flow alongside Supermom’s admin teams
  • Trigger discussions using prompts, polls, content hooks, and relevant insights
  • Moderate conversations, uphold guidelines, and ensure constructive exchanges
  • Monitor sentiment and member needs, escalating insights to stakeholders
  • Identify and nurture active members/KOCs to encourage advocacy and contribution
  • Manage partnerships with external parenting communities, group owners, and relevant collaborators
  • Work with B2C/Social teams to onboard community partners (FB groups, Telegram channels, parenting collectives, etc.)
  • Track growth, activity levels, conversation velocity, dwell time, churn, and feedback
  • Convert engagement data into actionable insights for internal teams

Requirements

  • 3–6 years in community management, social engagement, influencer/KOC management, or digital marketing
  • Strong written communication; able to simplify complex parenting topics for mass audiences
  • Experience managing WhatsApp/Telegram/FB groups at scale (highly preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret engagement metrics
  • Comfortable with fast decision-making, ambiguity, and experimentation
  • Ability to spark organic conversations without sounding promotional
  • Strong stakeholder management (internal & external)
  • Empathetic and parent-centric; values long-term community health over short-term conversion
  • Exposure to parenting, FMCG, healthcare, education, or lifestyle sectors (advantageous but not required
  • Regional familiarity with SG & MY (preferred)
  • Proficient in English; an additional SEA language is a plus
