Responsibilities
As a Community Manager you are the primary contact for our freelancers and help them get started at Junico.
You provide tips, answer questions, and create value that goes beyond simple project placement.
Thanks to you, the best profiles become visible, top freelancers turn into Junico fans, and the reach of our community steadily grows.
Review freelancer profiles and applications from those who want to join our community
Provide support and advice to freelancers
Communicate new features, partner offers, and events to our community
Work closely with Marketing to identify freelancers who can produce engaging content for our magazine
Content management, SEO optimization
Upload articles to our magazine
Plan and run (online) events for freelancers
Improve existing workflows, including documentation in our company wiki
Support in Business Operations – e.g., contract preparation
Requirements
