Responsibilities
Lead or participate in large or moderately complex exposure and analysis, risk mitigation, financing, claims programs, and processes within insurance risk
Contribute to development and implementation of risk strategies
Evaluate moderately complex exposures to accidental loss
Analyze qualitative or quantitative data of the possibility of loss and the potential impact within insurance risk
Lead teams in structure design
Develop self-insurance programs and marketing strategies
Manage deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of claims management policies, programs and related systems
Collaborate and consult with more experienced staff for support on complex analysis, oversight of outside council and third-party agencies
Lead projects and provide guidance to teams
Requirements
4+ years of Corporate Insurable Risk Management, Risk Management Consulting, Property or Casualty Insurance, or Insurance Brokerage experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Ability to research, compile, and perform complex analysis on insurance data
Knowledge and understanding of compliance or risk
Ability to independently provide summaries and make strategic recommendations
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Outstanding technical and critical thinking skills
Outstanding troubleshooting and resolution skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office, including Excel, skills
Commercial insurance experience
2+ years of property and casualty insurance experience
