About the role

  • HR Systems Product Management Manager driving transformation across HR Platforms at Wells Fargo. Lead a team in enhancing stakeholder experiences through collaboration and data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of product management contributors
  • Engage stakeholders and partners associated with the function
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for product management for a complex product or service
  • Ensure programs adhere to compliance and privacy regulations and policies
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding overall business strategy to meet business objectives
  • Create business plans, develop business requirements, direct product design and implementation
  • Interpret & develop product enhancements and performance measurements
  • Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts, and multiple level managers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • 4+ years of HR Systems experience (e.g., ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, Workday, or similar) preferably in a global environment with multiple integrations
  • 2+ years of people management experience highly desired
  • Deep understanding of HR functional areas (i.e. Core HR, Payroll, Employee Relations, Benefits, etc.)
  • Experience leading Agile Product teams
  • Experience leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to meet client objectives and desired outcomes
  • Experience leading complex HR Systems transformation initiatives in a complex environment with business partners and technology resources ensuring timely and quality delivery
  • Experience building relationships at senior levels and ability to drive decision making through a consensus building approach
  • Experience influencing and managing cross-functional work streams to execute with quality and on-time
  • Experience interpreting business and technical needs and experience integrating systems
