Responsibilities
Manage internal execution and coordination, ensuring key teams (sales, engineering, procurement, application, support, and customer service) stay aligned on product initiatives.
Track and follow up on project statuses, ensuring progress remains on schedule and identifying potential bottlenecks.
Centralize product-related knowledge, streamlining communication between internal teams and ensuring the right information reaches the right stakeholders at the right time.
Analyze product performance and market data, compiling insights to support decision-making and continuous product improvement.
Improve internal processes and documentation, enhancing efficiency in product lifecycle management.
Support trade show execution, ensuring a strong and well-coordinated presence.
Work closely with the other Product Manager to ensure alignment on priorities and seamless execution of product development and market strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related technical field); HVAC industry experience is a plus.
3+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or application support within a technical industry.
Strong project coordination and leadership skills, with a proven ability to drive alignment across teams.
Structured problem solver with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset and strong ownership mentality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective internal collaboration and knowledge transfer.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, CRM, and SAP.
In-office presence required for collaboration, with flexibility as needed.
Ability to travel domestically (<20%) for trade shows and factory visits.
Valid passport & clean driver’s license, with the ability to pass customer site security screenings.
