Responsibilities
- Own delivery execution for the Financing Marketplace (FMP) scrum team, including sprint planning, backlog readiness, and release coordination.
- Partner with Product Managers to translate roadmap priorities into executable delivery plans aligned with business outcomes.
- Work closely with Business Analysts and Architects to validate requirements, confirm scope accuracy, and ensure technical feasibility before development begins.
- Serve as a delivery checkpoint, ensuring stories are complete, well-defined, and aligned before entering development.
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies including standups, planning, demos, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate releases, prepare release notes, and support production incident triage.
- Act as point of escalation for P1 incidents.
- Assess priority and scheduling for lower-severity issues.
- Monitor sprint risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints across the FMP workstream.
- Maintain backlog hygiene, delivery transparency, and velocity tracking.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Delivery Lead, or Senior Business Analyst in a fintech, payments, lending, or complex transactional environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models and Jira tooling.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, and product leadership.
- Familiarity with financial transaction flows, lending platforms, or funding partner integrations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and comfort operating in evolving, fast-moving environments.
- Ability to balance delivery execution with flexibility as organizational needs shift.
