Responsibilities
You will proactively produce local sales and market analysis to support decision-making.
A key part of the role is defining next steps and action plans based on your analysis.
You will also be responsible for planning launches, campaigns and other activities for the local professional salon market, ensuring a customer‑centric approach, leveraging local market knowledge and analyzing profitability.
Producing or sourcing sales support materials is also part of the TMM role.
Ownership of the marketing budget and operating expense budget, including monthly follow-up.
You will coordinate the planning and execution of sales meetings as well as the preparation of presentations.
You are responsible for executing the sales cycle process in Finland on schedule and in line with the Northern Europe strategy.
Requirements
Background in sales, marketing or other relevant commercial roles.
Fluency in Finnish and English.
Pragmatic leadership style and strong communication skills.
Excellent prioritization and collaboration skills.
Readiness to work across multiple workstreams and manage them within set timelines.
Strong initiative and the ability to carry plans through to completion.
Ability to translate brand strategies into concrete customer strategies.
