About the role

  • Trade Marketing Manager leading Go-To-Market strategy for Clairol's Retail Hair portfolio across various channels. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving business performance in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement GTM strategies for new innovations and base business
  • Own the 4Ps strategy and execution, defining KPIs and success models by channel
  • Analyze business drivers and category trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Lead initiative and base business forecasting, ensuring readiness for launches
  • Create and deliver best in class sales enabling tools (concept sell decks, seasonal materials, local success model)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • 5-7 years prior experience in CPG sales, trade marketing, or customer strategy environment
  • US Market/channel experience in FMCG/CPG industry a must
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Nielsen Agile
