  • Assist in the processing of annual salary increases and bonuses
  • Carry out onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage contracts and documentation
  • Organize mandatory training
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Act as an expert for employee queries
  • Produce HR reporting and KPIs
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives

  • Higher Educational Background, preferred HR related
  • Previous experience in admin position in fast paced environment
  • High attention to details
  • Willingness to help others and support employees

  • Communication and collaboration skills
