Responsibilities
Lead the strategic vision and execution of Consumer Channels for Pro Hair in the US
Drive growth, brand equity, and commercial excellence across various channels
Own and deliver the Net Revenue targets for all Consumer Channels
Define and execute commercial strategy in partnership with Trade Marketing and Brand teams
Lead and develop the Premium Retail team, manage key accounts and drive joint business planning
Build and nurture customer relationships to unlock growth and category leadership
Serve on the Pro Hair US Leadership Team, contributing to strategic initiatives and channel expansion
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Beauty or Consumer Goods, with a strong commercial track record
Proven leadership of high-performing teams
Deep expertise in Premium Retail and E-commerce; FDM experience is a plus
Strategic thinker with a bias for action and flawless execution
Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational/time management skills
