Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic vision and execution of Consumer Channels for Pro Hair in the US
  • Drive growth, brand equity, and commercial excellence across various channels
  • Own and deliver the Net Revenue targets for all Consumer Channels
  • Define and execute commercial strategy in partnership with Trade Marketing and Brand teams
  • Lead and develop the Premium Retail team, manage key accounts and drive joint business planning
  • Build and nurture customer relationships to unlock growth and category leadership
  • Serve on the Pro Hair US Leadership Team, contributing to strategic initiatives and channel expansion

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Beauty or Consumer Goods, with a strong commercial track record
  • Proven leadership of high-performing teams
  • Deep expertise in Premium Retail and E-commerce; FDM experience is a plus
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and flawless execution
  • Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational/time management skills
  • Flexibility to travel (20-40%)
