Ensure high-quality, balanced meal provision

Cost control, inventory management and budget responsibility
Ensure compliance with legal and operational standards (HACCP, occupational safety, cost-effectiveness)
Close collaboration and communication with clients and department management
Requirements
Completed vocational training as a cook/chef
Further qualifications such as Master Chef (Küchenmeister), hotel management diploma (Hotelbetriebswirt) or similar are advantageous
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
Strong leadership skills, organizational talent and team orientation
