  • Operational manager leading a Cook&Chill kitchen in Berlin. Responsibilities include overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring quality meal preparation for seniors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, organize and continuously develop the entire kitchen operation
  • Ensure high-quality, balanced meal provision
  • Lead, schedule and motivate the kitchen staff
  • Plan and control production for approximately 1,000 meals daily
  • Cost control, inventory management and budget responsibility
  • Ensure compliance with legal and operational standards (HACCP, occupational safety, cost-effectiveness)
  • Close collaboration and communication with clients and department management

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a cook/chef
  • Further qualifications such as Master Chef (Küchenmeister), hotel management diploma (Hotelbetriebswirt) or similar are advantageous
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Strong leadership skills, organizational talent and team orientation
  • Responsible and structured working style
  • Good communication skills
