B2B Operations Analyst supporting clients in managing operational requests and improving processes in Argentina. Ensuring quality service and efficient response times for corporate inquiries.
Responsibilities
Acompañar a nuestros clientes B2B en la operación diaria, asegurando una gestión eficiente de sus solicitudes y requerimientos, con foco en la calidad del servicio, el cumplimiento de SLAs y la mejora continua de procesos.
Gestionar consultas y solicitudes de clientes corporativos a través de los canales definidos, asegurando calidad y tiempos de respuesta.
Realizar el seguimiento end-to-end de casos operativos: análisis, coordinación interna, resolución y cierre.
Cargar, controlar y mantener información en plataformas administrativas (altas/bajas, reportes, validaciones, documentación).
Identificar desvíos, inconsistencias o incidencias operativas/administrativas, proponer mejoras y prevenir recurrencias.
Colaborar con áreas internas para destrabar temas y optimizar el servicio.
Elaborar reportes básicos y métricas del servicio (volumen de casos, SLAs, causas frecuentes) y participar en instancias de mejora continua.
Requirements
Experiencia de +1 año en atención al cliente/customer support, idealmente con clientes corporativos.
Base administrativa o contable (estudios en curso o experiencia en tareas de registración, control, conciliación simple, documentación).
Muy buen manejo de herramientas informáticas (Excel/Sheets y plataformas de gestión); se valora experiencia con CRMs/ticketing.
Excelente comunicación oral y escrita, y capacidad para ordenar información y dar seguimiento.
Perfil proactivo, analítico, orientado al detalle, con autonomía y buen trabajo en equipo.
