About the role

  • Executive Assistant providing administrative support to executive leaders at Williams. Organizing executive meetings, handling confidential information, and coordinating schedules with efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and clerical support for one or more persons, including work of a confidential nature
  • Responds to inquiries from our internal and external business partners
  • Assists in the technical and functional services of the department by providing support on projects, invoice management, preparing documents for approval, preparing presentations, monitoring data, reporting
  • Maintains cost center data and analysis
  • Assists with preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Supervises work of personnel on assigned projects
  • Mentors others
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; a minimum five (5) years’ experience supporting executive management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Needs advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills, including Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent time management skills, including the coordination of executive meetings, calendars and travel
  • Demonstrates ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Preferred: Beginner to Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint
