About the role

  • Venue Concierge & Appointment Coordinator at Wedgewood Weddings. Handling sales contacts for brides and event clients with strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Positively represent the Wedgewood Weddings brand!
  • Answer incoming calls & explain our locations, services, & pricing.
  • Generate excitement for our brides & really SELL the personal consultation at our venues.
  • Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Make follow-up calls & send follow-up emails/texts.
  • Schedule appointments for couples to tour our locations.

Requirements

  • A high level of computer literacy and knowledge
  • Familiarity with the entire Microsoft Office family
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Amazing verbal & written communication skills
  • The ability to work quickly, accurately, & accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Sales skills are important in this position
  • A consistently positive attitude & the ability to adapt to change in workplace policies & culture
