About the role
- Werkstudent supporting Lean Construction and scheduling at ROM Technik in Stuttgart. Assisting in implementation, advanced development strategy, and project management tools with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Join the ROM Technik team at our Stuttgart office as soon as possible
- Support the introduction, implementation and further development of our "LEAN ROM P4" strategy in the area of Lean Construction & scheduling
- Communicate and promote the Lean Construction approach to employees and project stakeholders
- Prepare and follow up workshops and training sessions, and facilitate/moderate these events
- Assist with efficient scheduling and schedule control
- Support the continuous improvement process (CIP)
- Visualize process analyses, concepts and construction scheduling/planning
Requirements
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management or a related field
- Ideally, you already have practical experience in building services engineering (Gebäudetechnik) and are familiar with Lean Construction and scheduling
- You are confident using common MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Many hands work on our projects — you bring team spirit and a high level of commitment
