About the role

  • Appointment Coordinator performing tasks for Physical and Occupational Therapy department at Marshfield Clinic. First point of contact for customers ensuring professionalism and calmness in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

  • The Appointment Coordinator/Rehab Services Aide will perform designated tasks related to the operation of the Physical and Occupational Therapy department and applicable Speech & Language Pathology.
  • This person is frequently the first contact our customers have with the department and must be able to remain calm in stressful situations and represent the Clinic in a professional manner.
  • The position requires the ability to make decisions consistent with protocols and policies of the department and Clinic always with strict observance of patient confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Minimum Required: Computer Experience.
  • Preferred/Optional: Experience with computer scheduling.
  • Experience in physical or occupational therapy departments or other medical field.
