About the role

Responsibilities

  • Commercial and organizational project management of existing construction contracts
  • Independently obtain information about construction projects from customers, property sellers, architects and specialist departments, and coordinate the next steps in project management
  • Provide written and telephone support to our customers to ensure delivery prerequisites are met
  • Handle purchase price securities/guarantees
  • Support the team with other tasks arising in the department

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial experience, preferably in project coordination or the construction industry
  • Strong organizational skills, a structured approach to work and a high level of personal responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner
  • Flexibility, reliability and a strong team spirit
