About the role

  • Outbound appointment setter for a digital marketing agency focused on booking meetings with U.S. business owners. Requires cold outreach and strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily outbound calling with an expected volume of approximately 30 to 50 calls per day.
  • Consistently book one to two qualified appointments per day with interested business owners.
  • Establish immediate trust and value on the phone, effectively navigating gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
  • Schedule and confirm qualified meetings between interested owners and the Agency Owner.
  • Manually source leads using Google Maps and Google Search rather than relying on recycled or purchased lists.
  • Utilize search engines to find businesses within specific geographic locations and industries.
  • Specifically identify businesses with "one-star" or negative reviews to offer company’s specialized review removal service.
  • Build and maintain self-generated prospecting lists and manage a consistent pipeline of leads.

Requirements

  • C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED
  • Previous experience in cold calling or appointment setting for marketing agencies or B2B services is highly preferred.
  • Must possess an assertive, go-getter personality with the ability to take initiative on cold outreach.
  • Must have a thick skin and the ability to remain motivated in a high-rejection outbound environment.
  • Ability to work with minimal training and a proven track record in outbound prospecting.
  • Must have native-level or near-native English fluency.
  • A neutral or authoritative accent is required to build instant reliability with U.S. business owners.
  • Must have a high-quality workstation, including a computer, a noise-canceling headset, and a rock-solid, high-speed internet connection.
