About the role

  • Mídia Paga Analyst responsible for media planning and campaign management at Webmotors. Analyzing data and optimizing digital campaigns for better performance.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for media planning and management of campaigns with a focus on conversion;
  • Constantly analyze data to identify new opportunities to maximize campaign results and propose improvements;
  • Perform daily optimizations in the ad managers of major paid media platforms, generating insights based on performance analyses and suggesting optimizations to achieve expected KPIs;
  • Create reports in PPT (or in the body of an email) presenting key campaign metrics, overall analyses, and recommended next steps;
  • Monitor activities, analyze daily media KPIs, and validate results with partner agencies;
  • Responsible for the invoice process with the finance team and for investment tracking;
  • Prepare briefings, creative requests, and requests for quotes for communication campaigns and special projects;
  • Required experience monitoring actions across channels and social networks: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, as well as Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display), Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related fields;
  • Experience in media planning and management (from building the plan and presenting it to the client through to the final report);
  • Intermediate knowledge of paid media concepts;
  • Familiarity with key digital media metrics (CTR, Viewability, CPA, Connect Rate, VTR, etc.);
  • Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360;
  • Familiarity with DMPs (Data Management Platforms);
  • Familiarity with mobile apps;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Business acumen for insights and recommendations;
  • English (Intermediate — sufficient for occasional use in meetings with clients and partners).
