About the role

  • Sales Executive managing clients and providing training on product usage. Working collaboratively with teams to enhance performance and implement strategies for success in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

  • Management and prospecting of clients within a predefined territory (Chapecó and surrounding region), with a focus on a portfolio of Top Clients.
  • Responsible for offering products and trainings to the portfolio and Top Clients to improve product usage performance.
  • Work together with the commercial team and provide support for product sales.
  • Organize and host events to promote products, arranging in-person or remote events directly for clients.
  • Able to build action plans to implement strategy and deliver targets, always in synergy with the commercial team.
  • Able to conduct training for the commercial team and for clients, according to needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in commercial/sales roles for any product or segment.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing is desirable, such as social media.
  • Availability for frequent travel.
  • Own car — valid driving license (CNH B).
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Influencing ability and strong interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Clear and objective communication (verbal and written).
  • Ability to share and multiply knowledge and information, and to train internal and external clients on correct product usage.
  • Able to act as both hunter and farmer salesperson, depending on the situation.
