About the role

  • Sales Executive managing client relationships and sales performance in Curitiba's automotive sector. Engaging with commercial teams for strategy and growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for commercial relationships with clients and with the commercial team that leads financial solutions.
  • Manage and prospect clients within a predefined territory (Curitiba and the Curitiba Metropolitan Area), focusing on the Top Clients portfolio.
  • Responsible for offering products and providing training to the client portfolio to increase product usage and performance.
  • Responsible for developing sales together with the Commercial team, aiming to understand and guide the business and achieve targets, following the company's strategic direction.
  • Organize and conduct product events, hosting in-person or remote events directly for clients.
  • Able to build action plans to implement strategy and deliver targets, always in synergy with the commercial team.
  • Able to deliver training to the commercial team and to clients, as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in commercial/sales roles in any product or sector.
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing desirable, such as social media.
  • Availability for occasional travel.
  • Own car required - valid driver's license (Category B).
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to influence and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Clear and objective communication (oral and written).
  • Ability to disseminate knowledge and information, and to train internal and external clients for correct product use.
  • Ability to act as both a hunter and a farmer salesperson, depending on the situation.
  • Ability to read reports and perform strategic planning.
