Responsibilities
Develop relationships with peer-level clients
Conduct and support regular client meetings, status updates, and progress reports, keeping stakeholders informed on campaign performance, results, and future initiatives
Support in the ideation, creation, planning and execution of specific client programs
Provide internal and client teams with meeting recaps and next steps
Draft client-facing correspondences to share with senior account management team members
Act as the voice of the client for internal reviews
Procure/acquire specific information from clients as need
Have a clear understanding of the client’s organizational structure and contacts
Work with internal and external teams with a strong team-first mentality
Manage workflows for items such as asset approval & delivery, development of strategic & executional presentations, and vendor management
Schedule internal and external meetings
Ability to manage 2-4 projects simultaneously
Be available to answer ad hoc team or client requests in a timely manner
Follow and stay on top of pop-culture and industry trends
Requirements
1-2 years in an account management role or similar preferably within an advertising agency
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
Passion for culture - to be apart of it, shape it and create it
Ability to work effectively with management of all levels
Track record of contributing to client planning
Creative and strategic thinker
Superior communication skills
Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on tasks outside the area of assigned responsibilities
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively set priorities and deliver on time.
Must show initiative and possess the ability to make decisions and solve problems quickly and effectively.
Understanding of Google Suite (Gmail, Doc, Slides, Sheets, Drive, Meet, Chat, Gemini), Slack and A.I. tools and functions. Added plus: Knowledge of Asana.
