About the role

  • Account Manager building client relationships and executing campaigns at We Are Social. Collaborating with internal teams and managing project workflows in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with peer-level clients
  • Conduct and support regular client meetings, status updates, and progress reports, keeping stakeholders informed on campaign performance, results, and future initiatives
  • Support in the ideation, creation, planning and execution of specific client programs
  • Provide internal and client teams with meeting recaps and next steps
  • Draft client-facing correspondences to share with senior account management team members
  • Act as the voice of the client for internal reviews
  • Procure/acquire specific information from clients as need
  • Have a clear understanding of the client’s organizational structure and contacts
  • Work with internal and external teams with a strong team-first mentality
  • Manage workflows for items such as asset approval & delivery, development of strategic & executional presentations, and vendor management
  • Schedule internal and external meetings
  • Ability to manage 2-4 projects simultaneously
  • Be available to answer ad hoc team or client requests in a timely manner
  • Follow and stay on top of pop-culture and industry trends

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in an account management role or similar preferably within an advertising agency
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
  • Passion for culture - to be apart of it, shape it and create it
  • Ability to work effectively with management of all levels
  • Track record of contributing to client planning
  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • Superior communication skills
  • Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on tasks outside the area of assigned responsibilities
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively set priorities and deliver on time.
  • Must show initiative and possess the ability to make decisions and solve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Understanding of Google Suite (Gmail, Doc, Slides, Sheets, Drive, Meet, Chat, Gemini), Slack and A.I. tools and functions. Added plus: Knowledge of Asana.
