Responsibilities
Execute the design and copy for email campaigns using internal development tools, leveraging approved Email Design Systems (EDS) and pre-set templates.
Manage the full email lifecycle, from initial creative development and legal alignment through to creative QA and final deployment for major APAC campaigns and NPI moments.
Utilise pre-trained CRM AI models, template requirements, and creative briefs to generate high-quality email copy that resonates with target audiences.
Ensure all email assets are fully A11y compliant and adhere strictly to brand creative guidelines and template structures.
Facilitate the feedback loop by implementing stakeholder revisions within internal tools while managing expectations and priorities across the CRM and Product Marketing teams.
Implement creative strategies designed to maximise customer lifetime value and drive measurable growth across multiple digital touchpoints.
Demonstrate leadership by resolving creative or operational hurdles with limited oversight, ensuring high-quality output in a deadline-driven environment.
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or Education
5+ years of creative design experience; in either email marketing or creative agency experience.
Plus, if you have strong contextual experience of the Japanese market, including localised email marketing and proficiency in the Japanese language.
Demonstrable extensive knowledge of email best practices
Ability to follow creative brand guidelines and use templates in email builder, as well as experience in resizing images to accommodate specific templates if needed.
Must be highly organised and have strong project management capabilities and attention to detail; can execute effectively and deliver high-quality work against tight deadlines.
Exceptional interpersonal skills; experience successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams; strong written and verbal communication skills.
