About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of around 20 production employees
- Ensure smooth production operations and compliance with production schedules
- Monitor and optimize production processes with regard to quality, efficiency and safety
- Perform maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of technical equipment in collaboration with the technical team
- Document and analyze production metrics and derive improvement measures
- Foster a safe and motivating working environment
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a technician/master craftsman (Techniker/Meister) or a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial production environment, ideally with initial leadership experience
- Strong technical knowledge, especially in electrical engineering or plant/equipment engineering
- Hands-on mentality, sense of responsibility and organizational skills
- Good written and spoken German — Dutch language skills are an advantage
