About the role
- Personal Lines Producer maintaining and maximizing relationships with personal lines clients at Magoon Group. Responsible for client sales and account management to grow business.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and maximize profitable relationships with personal lines clients
- Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients
- Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects
- Anticipate, respond to, and follow up on existing client needs
- Actively prospect and solicit increases in existing client coverage
- Present policies to insured and educate them on coverages and rates
- Support clients for renewal and retention
- Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved
- Collaborate with team members and mentor staff
Requirements
- Hold the insurance license required by your state
- Minimum of two years personal and commercial lines insurance account management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a source of reliable transportation
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and usages
- Proven track record of business to business sales success
- Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and sound business judgment
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in technology and computer systems including agency management systems.
