Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
6+ years of relevant experience in a marketing agency or in-house creative team, with a strong familiarity with the creative development and production process.
A hyper-organised and accountable individual with proven experience handling projects of different types and scales in a dynamic creative space.
Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage expectations and synthesise diverse points of view into a clear action plan.
Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple regions or markets, including processing complex production inputs and timelines, and distilling information for local teams.
Possess a high sense of ownership, a commitment to delivering high-quality work, and a curiosity about the team’s impact on the business.
A proactive work ethic, with an equal ability to think analytically, creatively, and conceptually.
Proven strength in guiding stakeholders and navigating successfully through ambiguity and change.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
