About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of the organisation’s rebrand programme.
  • Develop and manage rollout plans to ensure brand updates are implemented across all relevant platforms and materials.
  • Coordinate activities across internal teams and external suppliers to deliver rebrand milestones.
  • Track progress against project timelines and flag risks or issues where appropriate.
  • Support the rollout of updated brand assets across digital, print, and physical environments.
  • Ensure consistency in the application of the new brand across company materials.
  • Assist with updating templates, presentations, documents, and marketing collateral as required.
  • Coordinate updates to websites, social channels, and other digital platforms where relevant.
  • Assist with internal communications to support awareness and understanding of the rebrand.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand changes are implemented across departments.
  • Support external communications related to the rebrand where required.
  • Provide guidance and practical support to teams implementing brand updates.
  • Liaise with external agencies, designers, and suppliers involved in the rebrand rollout.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of brand assets and templates.
  • Maintain a central repository of brand resources and guidelines.
  • Provide ad hoc support on marketing and communications activities where required during the contract period.
  • Assist with coordination of marketing materials and communications initiatives aligned with the brand rollout.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or brand-related roles.
  • Experience supporting or delivering brand implementation or rebranding projects.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across an organisation.
  • Ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating with external agencies or suppliers.
