Responsibilities
Owning a commercial service charge portfolio, acting as the main client contact and ensuring delivery in line with RICS and industry standards
Reviewing higher‑risk service charge accounts, providing technical oversight and guidance where it matters most
Leading fees, billing and revenue management, including forecasting, WIP review and month‑end processes
Support in managing and developing the service charge team, setting priorities, overseeing resourcing
Improving systems, processes and growth within the team
Requirements
Strong background in service charge accounting, ideally across both commercial and residential portfolios
Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
Experience in managing and developing staff members within a fast‑paced environment
Confident in financial oversight, forecasting and billing processes
Proficient with workflow and finance systems
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure to meet multiple deadlines
