Responsibilities
Drive product development and strategy, including analysis of competitive landscape to inform Wealth's short and long-term impact.
Scope and prioritize solutions and features based on business needs and Wealth member impact.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market results and optimized resources.
Gain a deep understanding of the user experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas to improve the user experience and drive adoption of the platform.
Drive product launches in partnership with leadership and the marketing team.
Represent the company with users and potential users, soliciting feedback on products and services, including user interviews and testing.
Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of our platform and differentiating value proposition.
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to tackle problems individually and collaboratively to get to the best outcome.
Passion for using data, metrics and analysis to inform product development and adoption.
Requirements
8+ years of product, project management or an equivalent experience.
Experience working in a fast paced, unstructured environment with a strong sense of self-ownership and accountability.
Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and draw meaningful insights from data.
Deep experience with customer-driven innovation and hypothesis-driven experimentation and user interview testing.
Ability to gather and transform business requirements and market needs into a successful product strategy.
A “Founder” mentality - proactive, passionate, resourceful, and results-oriented.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience.
