Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of financial analysis, forecast, and reporting.
- Oversee and direct the budgeting process.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for affiliated accounting and/or financial reporting functions.
- Drive financial planning through analysis of organizational performance and risk.
- Guide organizational financial decisions through supporting, monitoring, and enforcing Company financial policies and procedures.
- Provide oversight for the organizations budget and expense controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field of study.
- Seven (7) years of progressive experience within the finance function of a complex multi-national organization.
- At least three (3) years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of widely accepted financial management practices and principles.
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency maintaining, managing, and communicating FP&A and P&L’s.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of and proficiency navigating financial management systems (i.e. SAP).
- High degree of knowledge and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to process complex information.
