About the role

  • Develop innovative solutions and support financial operations like pricing analytics and order acquisition at GE Vernova. Enhance customer outcomes while managing growth and company risk.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to develop innovative solutions to deliver Customer outcomes and drive growth while managing company risk/reward
  • Supports conversion of active opportunities into orders against target and estimates
  • Provides pricing analytics and cost estimation support on active bids
  • Drive receivables turnover improvements (e.g. improving payment terms, supporting GE Capital Factoring penetration)
  • Supports order acquisition by facilitating Letters of Credits, Bank Guarantees, etc.
  • Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise within their discipline
  • May require strong commercial awareness, and is expected to influence the development of strategy within own area, including control of resources and influences policy formulation
  • May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
  • Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics
  • May guide others to consider a different point of view
  • Impacts the team’s ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives

Requirements

  • For UAE; Bachelor's degree in finance or relevant disciplines
  • Min 7 years of experience in Finance / Financial Accounting
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • For Europe locations; Bachelor's degree in finance or relevant disciplines or equivalent experience
  • Major experience in Finance / Financial Accounting
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
