About the role
- Data Engineer responsible for developing Datawarehouse solutions for W&B GmbH. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient processes and positive user experience.
Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of an in-house data warehouse, including its operation and ongoing expansion
- Tool-supported design, further development and modeling of data structures
- Conducting analyses according to business unit requirements
- Supporting and advising business units in projects related to the data warehouse and ERP systems
- Continuous optimization of our monitoring, service and support processes to improve efficiency and system stability
- Close coordination with internal teams such as Field Service, Development and Customer Project Management to ensure smooth operations and a consistently positive user experience
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Information Technology, or vocational training as an IT specialist in application development (m/f/d)
- Experience in developing data warehouse solutions and data modeling
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Analytical thinking, teamwork and the ability to work independently complete your profile
- Very good written and spoken German skills
