Responsibilities
Development and implementation of an in-house data warehouse, including its operation and ongoing expansion
Tool-supported design, further development and modeling of data structures
Conducting analyses according to business unit requirements
Supporting and advising business units in projects related to the data warehouse and ERP systems
Continuous optimization of our monitoring, service and support processes to improve efficiency and system stability
Close coordination with internal teams such as Field Service, Development and Customer Project Management to ensure smooth operations and a consistently positive user experience
Requirements
Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Information Technology, or vocational training as an IT specialist in application development (m/f/d)
Experience in developing data warehouse solutions and data modeling
Familiarity with ERP systems
Analytical thinking, teamwork and the ability to work independently complete your profile
Very good written and spoken German skills
